yesterday afternoon I decided to bake some little mince pies
I couldnt find my tiny star pastry cutter so instead I cut out these tree's (ok so they're realy triangle's haha) I hope MrMouse doesn't eat them all before me...
then I roasted some chestnut's over an open fire.. well I would have if I had an open fire...
and last night we had mince pies roasted chestnuts and hot chocolate in our new mug's Mmmmmmmm....

The mince pies look great!! When I was a child we had open fires and roasted chestnuts... yummy!! We did jacket potatoes too!!!! What lovely memories!! Thank you!

Oooh I feel so christmassy now! I saw mincemeat in Tesco the other day and got all excited. Can't wait to start making mince pies!
