Spring makeover...

Morning girls

I decided I needed a bit of a makeover at the weekend so I changed the red and white spotty background for this yellow one, what do you think of it???
I love the red for the Autumn and Winter but I love the yellow as its so fresh looking just what I need  to brighten things up a bit this fine February morning.

This was the scene that greeted us on Saturday morning, why oh why does it only snow through the night and not during the day when we could go for a walk in it (I'm a big kid at heart!)

Can you see my teeny tiny snowman on top of the car??? Roger the lodger made it at 4 am when He was coming home He walked up from the town as there were no taxis, its about 2 miles so you can imagine the state of him when He got in...

I've also had a lovely "grab my link" button made so do feel free to grab it!!!

I'm off for a hair do now,

Bye

Lucey xx

I love the yellow! I can't believe the weather you've had this weekend. I feel a bit jealous,I love it when it snows. I wish every winter was like the one we've just had, just without all the fuss! :)

Yellow's a great choice, lovely and fresh!

Where did this snow come from? We only had a light dusting in Hull but it seemed to come out of the blue - I didn't hear anybody predicting it!

My goodness, you had lots of snow. We only had a light dusting here in Suffolk, thank goodness.
The yellow is lovely and spring like and makes me think I must get rid of my snowy picture!

Lucey,
Do keep warm and dry from the snow. I do very much so, like the yellow and white dotted background. Makes me think of Spring and the warmer days ahead of us. May they return soon.

I love the new yellow border and I love your sweet little snowgirl too, much sweeter than the one on top of the car, although that is pretty good, but she is a snowprincess. I need a hat like hers. Adore your new pillow from the last post, so sweet. I am sure you will be having sweet dreams with that in your room!
